Network
Installation

This is the core of BConnection activity: we create and install networks.
We install networks in your house, in your small office or throughout the desert; for a couple of people sharing the same office or for hundreds of colleagues using the company network.
Connections can be wired, like the LAN or the WAN, or wireless but the most im portant thing is that, if they are B-Connections, they are absolutely stable.

Local Area Connection (LAN)

If you need to cover a relatively small area with a computer network, a Local Area Network (LAN) could be the perfect solution. LANs normally cover a single building or a group of buildings and they mostly connect a limited number of workstations and personal computers. The functioning of a LAN is pretty easy: each computer in a LAN is independent and has its own CPU with which it executes programs, but it is also able to access data and devices anywhere on the LAN. This means that many users can share expensive devices, such as laser printers, as well as data. Users can also use the LAN to communicate with each other, by sending e-mail or engaging in chat sessions. Another interesting feature of the LANs is their speed: LANs are capable of transmitting data at very fast rates, much faster than data transmitted over a telephone line.

Wide Area Connection (WAN)

If you need to cover a larger area and your LAN is not enough, call BConnection to switch to a WAN: a Wide Area Network is a computer network that normally consists of two or more LANs and where the computers are often connected through public networks, such as the telephone system, leased lines or satellites.

  • Medium Sunday through Thursday, 9.30AM-6.00PM, 2-hour Response. This option is perfect for environments that do not have 7x24 production or systems that do not need critical response. This service option is a cost effective way of keeping your system running during the course of the day.
  • SOHO Sunday through Thursday, same or next Business Day Response. This package is adapted to non-critical systems that still need to be up within 24 hours.
